Baobab is one of the world’s most nutrient dense fruits and has been consumed by African hunter-gatherer tribes like the Hadza’s for its benefits for thousands of years.
Baobab contains 5x more fibre than oats and 5x more vitamin C than oranges – so its great for supporting good gut health, aiding with digestion, natural energy and immunity. Baobab also contains 2x more antioxidants than acai so is great for supporting healthy skin.
